Roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup olive oil and pinch of salt mixed together

Sauce

  • 3 big ole tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 lime - juiced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to thin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • Boil cauliflower in salted water - 4 to 5 min
  • Remove from water and massage all over with oil ;)
  • Bake whole cauliflower at 425F for 45 min
  • While baking, mix all sauce ingredients and mix well
  • Use sauce for dipping or drizzle over top to serve
