Roasted cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 1/4 cup olive oil and pinch of salt mixed together
Sauce
- 3 big ole tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 lime - juiced
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Salt to taste
- Water to thin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Boil cauliflower in salted water - 4 to 5 min
- Remove from water and massage all over with oil ;)
- Bake whole cauliflower at 425F for 45 min
- While baking, mix all sauce ingredients and mix well
- Use sauce for dipping or drizzle over top to serve
